1. Shipping & Geographical Restrictions (United States Only)
Physical merchandise and pearl jewelry deliveries are strictly and exclusively available within the United States of America. We do not offer or fulfill international shipping outside of the United States. Any purchase submitted with an international delivery destination will be cancelled and refunded minus any non-refundable payment processing fees permitted by law.
All orders are shipped via third-party carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Risk of loss and title for all purchased items pass to the customer immediately upon tender of the shipment to the carrier. Champions of Leisure LLC is not liable for carrier delays, damage during transit, or lost/stolen packages once delivered.
2. Return, Refund & Repair Policy
All sales are strictly final. Because oyster dives, pearl reveals, and jewelry settings involve randomized items and custom hand-mounting, we cannot accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is placed or an oyster is opened. We gladly provide repairs on items that have not sustained severe physical damage, at the sole cost of customer-paid round-trip shipping.
3. Pearl Odyssey Diving & Natural Variations
Every opened oyster guarantees at least one genuine AA+ cultured freshwater pearl. As natural organic products, cultured pearls inherently display natural variations in luster, color, overtones, micro-blemishes, and dimensions (6mm–8mm). These natural organic variations are authentic hallmarks of genuine pearls, not manufacturing defects.
4. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE, SERVICES, AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. CHAMPIONS OF LEISURE LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL CHAMPIONS OF LEISURE LLC OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE ORDER IN DISPUTE OR $100.00 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Champions of Leisure LLC, its owners, officers, and contractors against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website or violation of these terms.
6. Virtual Oyster Picks & Account Terms
Virtual oyster picks and tokens carry no cash value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and account activities.
7. Email Communications & Marketing Opt-In
If you choose to opt into marketing communications, you may receive promotional updates and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link located in each marketing email.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These policies shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State of organization of Champions of Leisure LLC. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located therein, and you waive any right to class-action litigation.
